Founded in 2017 by Kamogelo Vilakazi and later joined by Tebello Malepe in 2023, Incoclox is driven by a shared vision of empowering entrepreneurs, promoting financial inclusion, and contributing to economic development.

Kamogelo Vilakazi
Kamogelo Vilakazi is a visionary leader with a firm grounding in finance and a fervent commitment to entrepreneurship. Her innovative mindset and unwavering dedication to excellence have played a pivotal role in shaping Incoclox’s strategic trajectory, driving positive change across the South African business landscape.
Kamogelo boasts a rich background in customer relations, complemented by her proficiency in office/project management, conflict resolution, and the establishment and maintenance of robust customer relationships. Additionally, holding a cabin crew license underscores her versatility and adaptability in various professional settings. While distinct from Kamogelo’s narrative, her skill set contributes significantly to the realm of customer-centric operations.
Tebello Malepe
Tebello Malepe, with a wealth of experience in credit provision and operational management, assumed the role of director at Incoclox in 2023. Her emphasis on operational efficiency and customer-centric approaches has been instrumental in refining Incoclox’s service portfolio and bolstering its market presence.
On the other hand, her educational background comprises a BSc in Geology and a BCom Honours in Econometrics. Additionally, she brings a decade-long track record of successfully operating a diverse tendering business, offering an array of products and services.
